Small Groups
Small groups are a great way to workout in a fun and inclusive environment! Every week groups are given 3 workout options to choose from - HIIT, run/walking route and a YouTube video such as pilates or yoga. There are always modifications to ensure workouts are accessible for all capabilities.
Small groups are open for EmpowHer MEMBERS only!
