EmpowHER is a society at The University of St Andrews aimed at empowering women and people comfortable in a women-centred space to lead healthy, well-rounded lives. We try to achieve these goals through workouts, socials, and a buddy scheme all of which promote mental wellbeing, body positivity and empowerment.
