EmpowHER is a fitness and wellbeing society that aims to be accessible, welcoming and empowering! We are open to anyone who feels comfortable in a women-centred space and is a student at the University of St Andrews. EmpowHER was started in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic and has a strong focus on improving wellbeing through exercise and community.
